Team Wiggins’s Scott Davies finished fourth on GC at the eightstage Baby Giro, the first edition of the prestigious U23 race since 2012. Davies finished second during the 14km TT, and also scored two fifth place stage finishes. He finished 45 seconds behind overall winner, Russian Pavel Sivakov.
