DOUBLE DAY: EASY RIDE & SPRINT SESSION

Sunday was a bit different to usual. I did one hour in the morning, followed by a four-hour rest, and then in the afternoon 2.5 hours including a lot of sprints: I did eight in total, starting short and getting longer. I used town signs and roadside markers, and the first was 60 metres, then 100, 120, 160 and finally 200 metres – longer and longer. Though I’m not a pure sprinter, I do have a decent sprint in me, so it’s nice to train it and test the legs.
