Mental health project: If you are aged 18-25, and suffer with mental health issues, including depression and/or anxiety, you may be interested in mental health charity New Horizons’ Youth Project.

Held Mondays from 4pm-8pm, and every fortnight on Saturdays from noon-4pm.

They offer support to those with mental health issues in a friendly and safe environment.

A warm welcome awaits anyone who wishes to join them, plus a cuppa and biscuit. New horizons: New Horizons mental health charity has a centre in Aberdare which is open at the following times:

Mondays, 4pm-8pm – Youth Project;

Tuesdays, 11am-1pm – activities, groups and training;

Wednesdays, 9am-4pm – activities, groups and training.
