Southern Vauxhall of Brecon and Merthyr wins customer excellence award for the fourth year
THE staff at local Vauxhall retailer Southern Vauxhall are proud to announce the news of their latest achievement: a prestigious Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award.
Every year the British manufacturer recognises customer reviews and rewards top-performing retailers for their exemplary levels of customer service.
To celebrate the special accolade awarded to Southern Vauxhall, Annie Morgan and her team were presented with their Customer Excellence Award at their showrooms in Merthyr Tydfil and Brecon.
Annie Morgan, managing director of Southern Vauxhall, said: “The team and I are over the moon with this achievement for the fourth time, and can’t thank our customers enough for their kind words in Vauxhall’s satisfaction surveys, which enabled us to secure this fantastic accolade.

The retailer was one of 53 Vauxhall dealers in the UK to achieve the highest and most impressive combined scores from Vauxhall’s Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction surveys, calculated at the end of 2016.
After purchasing a new Vauxhall or servicing their vehicle for the first or second time, customers are invited to take part in both surveys. More than 138,978 responses were collected last year, helping to generate an accurate picture of Vauxhall customer experience.

To celebrate their outstanding effort, the retailer has been presented with plaques announcing their accolade, which will be placed on display at both the dealership’s branches in Merthyr Tydfil and Brecon.
Additionally, the Vauxhall dealer locator will display a special logo next to their name, with all staff receiving commemorative badges.
