What we do: Rowan Tree Cancer Care provides practical and emotional support to people in RCT whose lives have been touched by cancer.
Clients and families can access our free transport service to and from their cancer-related hospital appointments.
Your emotional wellbeing is extremely important to us and we offer massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and hydrotherapy to help you relax and de-stress.
Although our charity centre is based in Mountain Ash, we also provide free therapies every Wednesday at Tonyrefail, every Thursday at Taffs Well, and every Friday at Ynyswybwl Surgery.
We also have an outreach centre in Pontnewydd Medical Centre, Porth, every Friday. Medical consent forms need to be completed.
Call 01443 479369, Monday to Friday, 9.30am-4pm. Rowan Tree Lottery: The lottery numbers on 30th June 2017 were 12, 15, 16 & 17.The Jackpot is now £2,183.
All you need is four lucky numbers between 1 and 24, tickets cost £1, you must be 16+ to enter.
The draw takes place every Friday at Cynon Valley Indoor Bowls Centre in Mountain Ash.
Dolls: We would like to express our thanks to The Recycled Teenagers of Cwmaman who have donated beautiful hand knitted upsidedown dolls.
We have two dolls and would like give them away to two children whose lives have been touched by cancer.

Singing group: Anyone who is interested can join the Rowan Tree Singers.
We are a mixed choir that meets every Wednesday from 7pm9pm at Providence Baptist Church, Union Street Mountain Ash. Contact the centre for information.
Donations: If anyone has any unwanted clothing we would really appreciate donations to our charity shops in Mountain Ash and Pontypridd.
We can also arrange for our Charity Van to pick up any donations on a Tuesday or a Friday contact the office on 01443 479369.
