ASD Rainbows: ASD Rainbows are opening a unit for children with autism in September in Berkshire.

Ladies’ choir: The Phoenix Singers are based in Abercynon and practice every Thursday at Abercynon Community Centre at 7pm.

Youngsters’ Play Session: Cynon Valley Pals hold play sessions every third Wednesday of the month at the Freeze Play Centre, Penrhiwceiber, from 4pm-6pm for children with disabilities and their families.

Ladies Choir: If you’ve a good cause to support, then Cytgord Welsh Ladies Choir could be a no-cost way to help you raise funds.

The choir meets to rehearse each week during school term time at Siloa Chapel, in Aberdare, next to the library, on Thursdays, from 7.15pm-9pm.
