Greenaways has moved but still offers excellent customer service
GREENAWAY Autos celebrates its third anniversary at the end of the month, and it will arrive there in good shape.
Its operations have been transformed by a move to Pontypridd at the beginning of May. The switch from its original Cardiff location to a side-of-the-road site in Tonteg has meant the expansion that the company wanted has became a pleasing reality.
More visitors than ever to its doors are able to see at first hand the quality service on offer, as its previous out-of-the-way location resulted in the business having to rely heavily on internet traffic.
“That was fine,” said director Chris Greenaway,” but we have some lovely cars and want to be able to show them off.
We only had 30 in stock then and wanted to increase that to 80 to 100 to have wide range of choice across the board, to have something for everyone.”
That choice is mainly of used cars and occasionally vans, but there is also a vehicle sourcing service, so if a particular car is not on display it can be found, whatever the age, specification, mileage and colour.
There are plenty of other elements to benefit the customer, like finance packages.
The company likes to keep arrangements simple and quick with dealer finance, personal contract purchase plan, discount shopping and car loan advice packages all available.
Warranty and AA Dealer Promise elements are also attractive.
The team, headed by Mr Greenaway, general manager Nick Allen, site manager/vehicle detailer Mark Kingston and John Greenaway, responsible for delivering/collecting vehicles, valeting and general site maintenance, has been praised through customer reviews.
One satisfied customer said: “I travelled down from Cheshire to Pontypridd to purchase my car and was not disappointed. It was a pleasure to do business with Greenaway Autos. Excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as five star.”
And another said: “Professional, delivered on promises, exceptional service.”
The on-site sales office, where cars have been sold from for more than 10 years, has been refurbished as part of the statement that Greenaway Autos is here for the long haul.
