● Wonkies Update: Great news to share that our amazing Rodney with prosthetic paws has at last found a forever home and has moved to Lancashire.

We have had so many come in with life threatening illness and injury but just a few of the recent ones are Mr Darcy the Retriever found with a broken leg. Sadly it cannot be saved so will be amputated.

Peter the abandoned cat who has an eye injury and will have to have his eye removed. Jake the Cavalier puppy who was handed in with part of his leg missing from birth. Several rabbits that

have been found with life challenging illness.

A cat who has come in to our care after being attacked by a dog and who will also have to lose a leg.

The list is endless but with the hard work of our volunteers and the help of our supporters we continue to help as many as we can.

● Busy Summer: Our summer has been very busy with teams of Volunteers attending many events.

We are so grateful to all those organisations and businesses who invited us along to raise funds for our wonkies and now the challenge is on to keep up the momentum during the winter months when it is much harder for our volunteers to raise the money we need for our vets bills. ● Our Shops: We have two shops in Ton Pentre and Treorchy and we currently have vacancies for helpers who are able to offer a few hours to help. We are also in need of items to sell both in the shops and at our monthly Auctions that we hold at Pontypridd Rugby Club.
