Businesses with 250 employees or more were required to submit the data on mean and median gender pay gaps to the Government Equalities Office by midnight on Wednesday, April 4.
More than 10,000 companies across the UK submitted their data before the midnight deadline.
Several companies who gave their address in the Valleys submitted their data and all the figures below are based on median averages from data submitted by the company itself to the Government and public by 9am on April 5.
Ensinger Group Limited, a Tonyrefailbased plastics company, had a median gap of 23%.
Walters Resources Limited, Aberdarebased an civil engineering and development company, had a gap of 22.9%.
Both companies have between 250 and 499 staff members and have other sites across the UK.
Edwards Coaches had a gap of 13%; The Royal Mint reported a gap of 12%, Leekes Limited had a gap of 8.4% and Welsh Water/ Dwr Cymru reported a 7.5% gap.
Trivallis reported a pay gap of -3%.
