TO mark the iconic game show’s 20th anniversary, it is roaring back on to our screens with Jeremy Clarkson in the driving seat.

As in the 1990s, it will be stripped across the week and will be returning to 15 questions (this was changed to 12 in later years) and three lifelines, with contestants able to ask the audience, ask a friend or take the 50:50 option, but we’re promised there will be some twists and turns along the way.

GREAT British Bake Off spin-off Bake Off: Creme de la Creme, which saw professional pastry chefs battling it out, comes to Channel 4 having undergone a few changes – including a new title.

MONDAY PETER KAY’S CAR SHARE UNSCRIPTED (BBC One, 10pm)

HE Bafta-winning sitcom returns with a special improvised episode, featuring Peter Kay and Sian Gibson ad-libbing as John and Kayleigh.

The entire show follows them home on their daily commute and features what was filmed while driving around with no script.

Peter said: “We were always very fond of ad libbing around the script when we were filming the series so we decided to see what would happen if we took the script away and just relied on just our chemistry alone, reacting to whatever came on the radio.”

The edition has already been broadcast as part of a charity event in Blackpool where it went down a storm.
