Lead­ers Croesy were held to a sur­prise 1-1 draw at bot­tom side Aber­dare – for whom it was their first point of the cam­paign af­ter seven straight de­feats.

Ryan Hay­ward put Croesy ahead on 18 min­utes, only for Liam Fawcett to re­ply in­stantly for Aber­dare who will hope this morale-boost­ing re­sult will kick-start their sea­son.

Free-scor­ing STM Sports went down 2-1 at home against Aber­bar­goed Buds.

Kane Gif­fard and Gavin Meecham – on de­but – net­ted for the Buds, with an own goal on the score­sheet for STM.

AFC Ll­wyd­coed were 2-1 home win­ners against Mon­mouth Town thanks to the ef­forts of Gabriel Wil­liams and Jor­dan El­lis while Leo Ross scored for the vis­i­tors.

Caldicot Town were beaten 2-1 by Aber­gavenny, Swansea Uni­ver­sity trounced Pon­tar­dawe Town 5-1, while Risca United came from be­hind to beat Gar­den Vil­lage 3-2.

The big win­ners in Divi­sion Three were Ely Rangers who romped to a 6-1 win at Chep­stow Town.

King Ju­nior Mwedzo led the way with a hat-trick, while Adam Grif­fiths, Sam Price and Jonathan Sparks were their other scor­ers.

Trethomas Blue­birds, who were in­volved in a 4-4 draw with Pon­ty­clun, re­main un­beaten and lead the way.

Adam Ray­mond, Matthew Prosser and two goals from Tom Neville for Trethomas were can­celled out by two James Gronow goals as well as Tom Tweedy and Tom Holder ef­forts for Pon­ty­clun.

Bran­don Davies’ goal was the dif­fer­ence as Pen­rhi­w­ceiber Rangers won 1-0 at Tre­de­gar Town.

Mean­while, Con­nor Berry’s ef­fort for AFC Porth was can­celled out by Mark Mil­lichip of Al­bion Rovers as they drew 1-1.

And two first-half goals from Thomas Davies steered Caerau to a 2-1 win over New­port City.
