So much new on offer from Honda... and affordable, too
LEADING the way for Honda’s new registration package this March are two new model specifications for the brand’s popular range of cars.
The Japanese manufacturer, which has a factory in Swindon, is also offering a number of attractive finance packages, starting from zero per cent APR on certain models.
For those looking for something sporty for the new plate, the latest version of the HR-V range is the Sport, which is equipped with 182ps petrol engine and fitted with advanced ‘Performance Damper’ technology.
It is expected to be available early spring.
The HR-V Sport, a specific grade for the revised 2019 model equipped with the 1.5-litre VTEC TURBO petrol engine as well as upgrades to the chassis and suspension.
It also benefits from the refreshed exterior styling and interior upgrades of the standard 2019 HR-V, with additional bespoke design features.
Production of the 2019 model year Honda HR-V Sport began in December 2018, with the first customer deliveries in this spring.
For those motorists who are more economy conscious, a new hybrid version will also be available.
The CR-V hybrid has come on line, following the launch of the petrol version in the summer, the hybrid was due in dealerships in February with prices starting from £29,105 for a two-wheel-drive (2WD) S grade and top out at £37,255 for an AWD EX.
Available with five seats only, with a choice of two and all-wheel drive, the hybrid version of the CR-V follows the standard Honda grading rising from the entry level S to SE, SR and finishing at the top of the range EX.
On the finance side, there are offers on the Civic five-door 126ps Sport Line, with a £1,000 Civic Test Drive Incentive subject to status and starting from £199 a month with 0% APR.
Also available is the 2019 Jazz 1.5 I-VTEC Sport from £239 per month, five years servicing for £599 and 6.2% APR.
The Civic 2.0 VTEC Turbo TYPE R GT also offers a good deal from £349 a month, five years’ servicing for £599 and 6.2% APR
There is also the CR-V EX fourwheel-drive (4WD) manual offering the £1,000 Honda Contribution*, plus five years servicing at £599 and 6.2 per cent APR.
