■ Two storey and single storey extensions at Maesglas, 6 Llys Y Coed, CwmBach, Aberdare;

■ Two-storey rear extension at 137 Tylacelyn Road, Penygraig, Tonypandy:

■ Construction of single storey rear extension at 11 Worcester Court, Tonyrefail;

■ Proposed Garage at Land to the rear of Redlands, New Road, Ynysybwl;

■ Proposed twostorey rear extension and loft conversion with flat roof at 12 Gladys Street, Coedely, Tonyrefail;

■ Discharge of conditions 3. Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Report (Coal Mining Risk) & 4. Drainage details at Haveli Gotel, Coedcae Lane, Talbot Green;

■ New mezzanine level internal extension and associated works at Unit 25, Aberaman Park Industrial Estate, Aberaman, Aberdare;

■ Controlled Agricultural Environment Unit shipping container, welfare unit, polytunnel, storage container and rear fence, with associated soft landscaping for an agricultural use at land formally Tappers Garage, adjacent to 110 Bute Street, Treherbert;

■ Change of use from restaurant (A3) to residential and subdivision back to two residential units as was originally at Sumbul Turkish Restaurant, 134 Cardiff Road, Aberaman, Aberdare.
