Women’s football success should make back pages

CONGRATULATIONS to the Daily Express and Bruce Archer for finally giving women’s football some proper column space (“Claire’s out to light blue touchpaper at Wembley”, May 12).

I watched all the World Cup matches last year and was blown away by how good England were, but angry at the general lack of coverage.
