Food and drink: The Chronicles Of Nadiya, 9pm, BBC1

If an hour of Bake Off isn’t enough to fill you up then BBC1 is dishing up this programme straight after. Cameras follow Nadiya Hussain (right) as the 2015 champion returns to Bangladesh on a food-inspired journey. She visits her home village near Sylhet tonight where she shares a few of her favourite recipes, including baked fish with green mango chutney and thoosha shinni.
