Miley can be tamed

SHE has become the poster child for controversy and wild behaviour but Miley Cyrus is determinedly putting those days behind her in a bid to marry.

The 23-year-old, who first burst on the scene as a squeaky clean Disney child star, is said to have pulled the brakes on her hard-partying because of her engagement to Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth.

The Wrecking Ball hit-maker’s rekindled romance with Liam comes two years after their first engagement was called off.

“Miley is a changed person,” says a source. “She’s doing yoga... rarely parties and is taking better care of herself.”

Another adds: “She’s a traditional country girl at heart and can’t wait to get married. She missed Liam during their split and doesn’t want to go through that again.

“Liam’s no fan of the rock’n’roll lifestyle. She still shows her crazy side on social media but you don’t see her boozing in nightclubs or dressed in clothes that leave little to the imagination anymore.”

Miley, who in recent years, has become notorious for posing for nude shoots, provocative stage performances and glamorising illegal drugs reconnected with the 26-year-old Aussie actor late last year.

At the time of their reconciliation it was reported that she had been making changes just to please her beau but now is said to be happier than ever with her healthier, more low-key lifestyle.

Miley will also show the world her grown-up side by mentoring aspiring singers in the forthcoming American version of The Voice, now in its 11th series, where she joins fellow new girl Alicia Keys, alongside veteran coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

Miley and Liam are set to tie the knot later this year.
