COURTENEY COX has credited her new exercise routine for making her fit and fabulous at 52.

Last week the former Friends actress spoke of her regrets about having had Botox. Now she explains she is relying on natural ways to stay looking younger.

“I do Pilates three times a week with an amazing teacher and I’m also into walking and running,” says the mum-ofone who during her Botox days faced a lot of criticism for her unnatural looks.

“I walk for a minute, then I run for a minute. I try to do that for 30 minutes three times a week. It’s really helped me feel good.”
