TOLL OF CALLOUS THIEVES WHO WERE ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA

CARERS caught stealing include Lorraine Cenci, 44, who left a 92-year-old woman on the lavatory while she stole two £20 notes from her purse.

She was filmed by the family of the victim, a widow from Enfield, north London, and was given an eight-week suspended jail sentence after admitting theft. Hidden camera footage also caught Donna White pocketing wads of notes she stole from great-grandmother Diana Bramall, 84, in Barnsley.

White, 48, who even took money on Christmas Day, also admitted theft and was jailed for 10 months. Mary Riordan, 46, from Heysham, Lancashire, was filmed taking money while disabled Pauline Guthrie, 75, was in the bath.

The mother of five pleaded guilty to theft of a total of £960 and was given a 26-week suspended jail term.
