Complaints about loud TV still falling on deaf ears

I WOULD like to second Anne Tarsey’s complaints about loud background music on TV shows (Letters, December 6).

My mother complains regularly that she cannot hear what’s being said due to music blaring.

If many people have raised concerns about his before then might I suggest it seems to be falling on totally deaf ears. Wendy Leftwich,
