Rupert wants to ask the Toy Scout what he has decided and from which side Santa Claus will come to Nutwood, but the little fellow drives off without waiting any longer. While they have been talking, someone has been approaching unnoticed. “It’s Podgy again,” says Rupert, “and look, the Scout’s going straight for him. He’ll hit him!”Then to the astonishment of them all, the car changes shape. Wings stick out each side and a tail appears behind, and in the blink of an instant it soars over Podgy’s head. © Express Newspapers 2016
