Fox Ulloa on run

LEONARDO ULLOA, one of Leicester’s Premier League title-winning heroes, has handed in a transfer request – putting West Brom, Hull, Sunderland and Swansea on alert.

The Argentinian, right, is frustrated at a lack of playing time. But Leicester want to keep the striker for now, even though he has started just one league game this season, as Islam Slimani is at the African Nations Cup. Ulloa’s agent Horacio Rossi said: “Ulloa does not want to play for Leicester any more – he feels very under-valued.” But Spanish club Alaves have had a bid turned down. Ulloa, 30, played a vital role in the Foxes’ title triumph, with a late winner in the 1-0 victory over Norwich, a last-minute penalty to salvage a 2-2 draw with West Ham and two goals in a 4-0 win over Swansea.
