RUPERT SO HAPPY TO POTTER ABOUT
THEY do say don’t bite the hand that feeds you and Rupert Grint feels no need to disassociate himself from Harry Potter. He knows full well he wouldn’t be where he is today were it not for his involvement in JK Rowling’s massively successful franchise.
“Harry Potter was such a huge part of my life. I’m hugely grateful to be a part of it because if it wasn’t for it, I probably wouldn’t be making stuff like Snatch,” says the 28-year-old, who starred as Ron Weasley from 2001-2011 in Potter and is about to star in a TV remake of Guy Ritchie’s Snatch, on which he is also an executive producer. “I was such a huge fan of the books. I had never really thought about acting or a career. I just wanted to be Ron, really.”
