Nicola Sturgeon only ever acts in party’s interests
IN her hastily called press conference following Theresa May’s announcement that she was calling a snap general election, Scottish National Party leader Nicola Sturgeon had the effrontery to accuse Mrs May of acting in the interests of her own party rather than in the interests of the country as a whole (“‘ Progressive alliance’ tactic by SNP”, April 20).
That really is more than a little rich coming from a woman who has only ever acted in the best interests of the SNP, to the detriment of the rest of the UK and has instructed her MPs to throw a spanner in the works over Brexit at every opportunity.
Nicola Sturgeon is fast becoming a byword for hypocrisy. Robert Readman,
