Katherine is on song for heroes

Katherine, who has serenaded troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, was star performer at the Care After Combat Summer Ball in London.

Charity trustee Katherine, 36, took to the stage at Park Lane’s Grosvenor House Hotel to speak of her pride in Britain’s heroes and gave a special performance for guests including Daily Express owner Richard Desmond and his wife Joy.

“I believe all of our veterans should know that we are grateful, that we care and most importantly that they are not alone,” she said.

The charity was set up in 2014 by comic Jim Davidson, who was also at the ball.
