MONARCH GIVES PHILIP THE LOWDOWN

THE Queen appears to be in high spirits as she chats to the Duke of Edinburgh at a top polo event yesterday.

Her Majesty, who was wearing a striking pink floral dress, was at the Cartier Queen’s Cup Polo final in Windsor.

Although Philip appeared to have two black eyes, a Palace spokeswoman said the Duke, who has retired from royal duties, was in good health, and added: “He’s absolutely fine.”
