Domestic Violence And Abuse Bill: to establish a Domestic Violence And Abuse Commission­er and to introduce new protection and sentencing powers.

Travel Protection Bill: to update the financial protection for holidays, such as the Air Travel Organisers’ Licence (ATOL) scheme.

National Insurance Bill: to make the system fairer and simpler by aligning employer and employee thresholds.

Mental Health Bill: to create a new Mental Health Act to ensure those suffering from mental illness are treated fairly and protected from discrimina­tion.

Tenant Fees Bill: to ban landlords and estate agents from charging their tenants letting fees, to cap refundable security deposits at no more than one month’s rent.

Civil Liability Bill: to crack down on bogus whiplash claims and reduce motor insurance premiums by about £35 a year.
