COCONUT OIL LIP BALM

Mix equal amounts of coconut oil and almond oil. Apply before bed and leave on overnight every night for two weeks for best results.

MAYO HAIR MASK

To restore gloss and shine to hair, mix one egg yolk with 1tbsp mayonnaise, a quarter mashed avocado, 2tbsp olive oil and a dollop of hair conditione­r.

Apply to your hair, cover with a heated towel and leave for an hour. Wash out afterwards.

EGG MOISTURE BOOST

Once a week, apply a mask made from one beaten egg yolk and 1tsp olive oil. Leave it to work for 15 minutes, then remove using a moist cotton ball dipped in lukewarm milk.

Rinse your skin with warm water to finish.

YOGURT LIFTING MASK

Mix 2tbsp plain yogurt with the juice of a lemon and apply to your face and neck. Leave to work for 20 to 30 minutes.

You’ll feel the mask tighten on your face and neck, lifting and firming. Rinse off with warm water, then splash your face with cold water and apply a moisturise­r.

SALT BODY SCRUB

Mix half a cup of sea salt with 3tbsp olive oil and 2tbsp white vinegar in a small bowl. Apply to dry skin in circular movements, working up from the feet to the shoulders. Rinse off with warm water and finish with a blast of cold water. Apply some nourishing body oil to keep skin soft.

CARROT DETOX MASK

Take one cup of pureed carrot and combine it with one beaten egg white and 1tbsp honey. Mix all the ingredient­s and apply the mask to your face. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water then splash your face with cold water. Finish by applying moisturise­r.

COFFEE CELLULITE SMOOTHER

Mix freshly brewed coffee grounds with a firming body cream. Then rub over your hips, thighs and tops of the arms. Wrap these areas in cling film and put on some baggy tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt. Leave for a few hours then rinse off.
