Charlize falls in love on a moonlit hike
CHARLIZE THERON is off the market again after finding romance with a mystery man believed to be Halle Berry’s embattled ex Gabriel Aubry. The 41-year-old actress, who broke off her high-profile engagement to Sean Penn, 56, a little over a year ago, is refusing to name her new love interest but has left no doubt of his impact on her. “I went on a date…” the mum of two reveals in a chat this week. “I had a great date, I’ve got to tell you. I had an incredible date. This guy really impressed me. “We went for a nine-mile hike in the middle of the night. It was a full moon. But I was really impressed. It was fun. “I’m not going to say where we met but we ended up going for a walk. It was just really fun. He was super funny. “I think he’s just a really cool dude. It was super private. That’s what made it so much fun too.” The actress was recently linked to French-Canadian model Gabriel, 40, the father of actress Halle’s nine-yearold daughter Nahla, after they were spotted enjoying each other’s company at Santa Monica Pier in California at the end of May, causing the rumour mill to go into overdrive. Gabriel, who had a bitter break-up from 50-year-old Halle in 2010, met Charlize at the exclusive LA school that their children go to. The pair immediately hit it off. “They are really into each other,” a source told a US magazine at the time. “It’s still the early days so they want to keep things discreet.” Apart from actor and film-maker Penn, Charlize has been out with a string of Hollywood’s hottest, including actors Stuart Townsend, Alexander Skarsgård and her Sweet November co-star Keanu Reeves.
