GETTING older happens to all of us yet it still fills people with dread. As well as grey hair and wrinkles there’s everything else that goes hand in hand with advancing years: declining physical health and mental abilities and the thought that life has passed us by.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. Recently when talking about the term “anti-ageing”, actress Helen Mirren, 72, said: “We know we’re getting older. You just want to look and feel as great as you can on a daily basis.”

We believe the key is to tackle ageing from the inside out using an exciting approach called cellular healing which takes advantage of the body’s integral healing system and DNA blueprint to help you lead a healthier life for much longer.

There are lots of techniques that can be used to soften wrinkles, rejuvenate skin and conceal the signs of ageing but what is the point of looking 10 years younger if you don’t feel it?

Tackling ageing with nutritional science and working with your DNA is an exciting advance in the beauty world that will help you stay young inside and out. Our clinic is one of the first in the UK to introduce this exciting treatment and we believe it is the future of anti-ageing.

Why are genes important when it comes to ageing?

Genetics determine how our cells and ultimately our body works. Our DNA forms the blueprint of what we are, how efficient our systems are and what weaknesses we have. Our lifestyle then determines how efficiently we function within these parameters. The DNA blueprint can help us take an intelligent approach to our lifestyle.

How does cellular healing work?

A saliva sample is taken using a mouth swab to establish your DNA

profile. A blood test will examine your health and hormonal status. Your cellular age is then compared to your chronological age. Your metabolism is tested to see how well it is working and to find out which exercise is best for you.

We also find out how your body absorbs various nutrients, whether you have food intolerances and if you need any supplements.

We look at the microbiome – the microbes living in the gut. Research has shown how important these tiny bugs are to health and wellbeing. These tests will give us important information about how your body works and will show what changes should be made to improve cellular health and prevent problems. We can then create an intelligent approach to health, exercise, diet and nutrition that has been specifically designed for you.

DNA testing costs from £500. For more details call 020 7436 4441.
