Mum Cheryl is Bearing up

CHERYL (whatever surname she’s using these days) is to talk candidly about first-time motherhood as she gets set to give her first interview in more than nine months.

Airing on ITV’s This Morning it will see the 34-year-old talk about bringing up baby Bear and also her hopes to return to the charts.

In a short teaser clip ahead of the full chat in its entirety, the former Girls Aloud star declares with her trademark Geordie drawl: “Since being a mam... that’s how I say it ...”

She also hints she has gone down a different route to many celebs by not hiring a nanny, adding: “When you’re looking after a baby 24/7…”

Cheryl has stayed silent since before giving birth to her son in March and partner Liam Payne has said that she has told him off, admittedly with tongue firmly in cheek, for revealing too much about their lives publicly. The 24-year-old is obviously enjoying fatherhood so much that he wants to do it all over again. When asked if he wanted to marry or have another baby first, he replied: “I would probably say – if you pushed me – a baby. Bear is the best creation I’ve ever made.”

Cheryl returned to the public eye over the weekend when she made an appearance at the Game 4 Grenfell charity football match held at QPR’s Loftus Road ground to raise money for victims of the Grenfell Tower fire.
