THE HITCH LIFT

The Kerastase Hair Coach, £200 (kerastase.co.uk) is a high-tech hairbrush that contains a microphone and sensors to send data about the health of your hair to a smartphone app every time you brush. The app also takes factors such as humidity, temperature, UV and wind into account before giving you a personalised product recommendation.
SPLIT END SAVIOUR
Another new hair innovation, The Carecut targets and seals split ends using innovative heated scissors.
The thermal scissors seal the tips of the hair as they snip, locking in moisture and protecting tresses against the elements.
