‘A wonder at work’

Working in a noisy factory had left Jeremy with hearing problems by his thirties.

He says: “Sitting in meetings at work or round a dining table with family and friends, I would zone out.”

Jeremy admits he even began trying to lip read his colleagues.

But Jeremy adds: “I finally realised I needed help when my wife started to nag me about how loud I’d have the TV on.”
