Heartless hurricane looters are adding insult to injury

YOU have to feel deep sympathy for those unfortunate enough to be in the path of the Hurricane Irma which has left countless people with wrecked homes.

As if that isn’t bad enough, you also know you’re also likely to be targeted by looters who won’t hesitate to steal your possessions (“Our troops join fight to stop island looting”, September 11).
