What a marvellous woman she was and absolutely right at that. If you look like a mess, people will think less of you and while there’s no doubt Nigel Lawson was a brilliant man he did tend to look as if he’d been dragged through a hedge backwards. Our current PM should take a similarly robust approach to her own Cabinet. Telling Spreadsheet Phil to smile occasionally would be a start.
