In the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower disaster there have been repercussions for those on the Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council who were deemed to have failed in their duty in terms of the response to the horrific fire. In this investigation, Anthony Barnett (left) looks back at what could have been done beforehand to prevent such a tragic loss of life.
