DAME JUDI DENCH’s

M was memorably killed off at the end of the 2012 Bond film Skyfall, but she doesn’t rule out a return to the 007 franchise in future.

“My late husband, Michael Williams, liked the idea of me being a Bond girl, but I don’t think M was quite what he had in mind,” laughs the 82-year-old, who is currently starring in Kenneth Branagh’s Murder On The Orient Express. “Maybe there is more to come. I wouldn’t rule it out. You never know if you’ll be offered another chance, but if it were possible I’d really enjoy it. Perhaps I might return in a totally different role and be a crazy mega-millionaire who wants to rule the world!”
