Digital technology is transforming hearing aids

HEARING aids are now so small and perfectly formed that they can deliver unparalleled sound quality while remaining virtually invisible. In fact, the chances are you know someone who wears hearing aids – but haven't even noticed them.

The first big leap forward came in the 1950s, around the time that Amplifon – a global hearing specialist which helps customers in over 22 countries and has more than 200 hearing centres in the UK – was founded.
