Cable is out of touch and has insulted a generation

Vince Cable is talking nonsense when he says that the over-65s voted for Brexit because of nostalgia (“Lib Dem’s Cable under fire over ‘white faces’ referendum attack”, March 12).

What a disgraceful thing to say and trying to divide the young and old in this country is appalling.

Unfortunately some people have already fallen for this political strategy. I would urge everyone to think for themselves and avoid being manipulated by politicians.
