Jane McDonald and her friends always welcome

Congratulations Jane on bringing first class entertainment into my home (“Jane McDonald: ‘I’m star struck by my celebrity friends’”, March 9).

Her TV show Jane McDonald & Friends was a pleasure to watch. It was like having her in my sitting room and having a chat.

What a change from all the violence and swearing we see on so many TV shows.

I can’t wait for her next show on Friday night. Well done Channel 5. Jess Bird, Coventry
