MELANIA Trump is considering divorcing her husband over the Stormy Daniels scandal, according to speculation in the US media.
Gossip magazines claim the First Lady “feels that the whole world is laughing at her” over the sordid accusations.
Hollywood Life reported that Melania is so angry she cannot bear to look at her husband.
Should the two split, the third Mrs Trump is likely to be entitled to a substantial payout under the prenuptial agreement they are understood to have signed. She may opt to contest it due to the exceptional circumstances.
While Mr Trump has returned to Washington, Melania remains at his Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago, with their son Barron, 12. They will stay there this week during the annual spring break in an apparent attempt to shield the schoolboy from the controversy.
