Fun in sun for Becks but Posh is glum
BARE-chested David Beckham laughs with friends as black-clad wife Victoria stays tight-lipped during the family’s Easter break on a yacht off Miami, Florida.
Becks, 42, showed off his tattoos in tiny red shorts while fashion designer Posh, 43, looked as if she could have gone on to a funeral in her high-necked dress and oversized black sunglasses.
They were joined by kids Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 13, and Harper, six, on Latin pop star Marc Anthony’s yacht in Biscayne Bay. Pink-faced Becks looked as if he’d had a little too much sun as he joked with Marc, 49.
The Beckhams befriended him while he was married to fellow star Jennifer Lopez, 48. They split in 2014 after four years of marriage.
Over the weekend the Beckhams were also spotted at the Miami Open men’s final.
Keen tennis player Romeo took the opportunity to practise with woman’s world No 1 Caroline Wozniacki.
The clan will be spending much more time in the Miami in the future. In January, Becks announced that he had finally become part-owner of a soccer side in the city – and will be living there.
He said he had “realised a dream” to become the team’s chief after admitting it had been “a hell of a journey”.
He said Victoria would remain with the children in London during school term-time but would travel to Miami in the holidays.
Becks said: “I thank my family, Brooklyn and Victoria. They’ve been through good and bad times and I owe them everything. Whenever they can, they’ll be coming over.”
