VIKTORS Dembovskis, 54, raped and stabbed to death Jeshma Raithatha, 17, as she walked home from school in Greenford, west London, in 2005.
The Latvian, who was given a whole-life term, was allowed to settle in Britain despite being twice convicted of knifepoint sex attacks.
Whole-life term...Kunowski
ANDREZEJ Kunowski, 62, was branded one of the most dangerous sex offenders in Britain after he was jailed for life for the murder of Katerina Koneva, 12, in west London in 1997.
He fled to Britain from Poland after committing 17 rapes, eight attempted rapes and one attempted murder. He died in 2009.
Anthia had 10 UK victims
GREEK Petros Anthia, 48, had 21 previous convictions for sex crimes when he settled in Britain in 2003. Within months, he had attacked 10 more victims in north London and Hertfordshire.
Anthia, who will serve a minimum of 21 years, was handed 10 life sentences in 2005.
Mihai struck within weeks
GHEORGHE Mihai, 38, tried to stab a woman to death in Wolverhampton just weeks after moving to Britain. He was allowed to settle here despite serving a sevenyear sentence for murder in his native Romania.
Mihai is currently awaiting sentence after he was found guilty of attempted murder earlier this year.
