Nicole reveals her heartache

NICOLE KIDMAN has never gotten over the distress of her two pregnancies ending prematurely during her marriage to Tom Cruise.

The actress, 50, who suffered the losses when she was married to the Top Gun star, now admits over two decades later that her feelings about them are as raw and as heartbreaking as ever.

“I know the yearning. That yearning. It’s a huge, aching yearning,” admits the Big Little Lies star. “The loss of a miscarriage is not talked about enough. That’s massive grief.”

Nicole was just 23 when she lost her first child by Tom shortly after their wedding in 1990 due to an ectopic pregnancy, a condition where an embryo attaches itself outside of the womb. She became pregnant again 2001 but suffered a miscarriage. Around the same time Tom, now 55 filed for divorce.

She has since had two children o own, Sunday Rose, nine, and Fai Margaret, seven, with second husband and country singer Keith Urban. “There’s an enormous amo of pain and an enormous amount o on the other side of it,” she gushed about becoming a mother. “The flip side of going through so much yea and pain to get there is the feeling ‘Ahhhh!’ when you have the child.”
