Health: The Fast Fix: Diabetes, 9pm, ITV

Anita Rani (above centre, with Dr Zoe Williams and Professor Jason Gill) presents a trial in which people with Type 2 diabetes attempt to reverse their condition by living on a radical liquid diet, potentially saving their lives. Five obese and overweight patients move into an experimental diabetes reversal unit, where they live on a diet of just 800 calories a day for four weeks to see if they can fast themselves better.
