Eubank ‘puts own ticket’ on Bentley
FORMER boxer Chris Eubank appears to take drastic action to avoid the attention of traffic wardens.
The star, 52, was seen pulling up in Mayfair, central London, in his customised Bentley for a spot of clothes shopping, before putting what looked like a parking ticket on his own car.
The move was reportedly an apparent effort by the former world middleweight champion to deter parking wardens from giving him a real ticket.
After spending 10 minutes browsing in the Cad and the Dandy store, which sells bespoke men’s tailoring, he then headed back to his car empty handed and removed the ticket-like item.
The Continental GT model is thought to be worth about £160,000, and bears the personalised number plate of 1 KO.
It is thought to belong to his 28-year-old son Chris Jnr, also a star boxer.
Charismatic Eubank, who announced his retirement back in 1998, was dressed in a blue shirt topped off with a dickie bow and a sheriff’s badge.
His representatives have been contacted for a comment.
