Britney pays out one more time to Kevin

BRITNEY SPEARS has been ordered to give ex husband Kevin Federline a whopping £80,000 to cover his legal costs – even though he’s suing her over child support.

A judge made the order this month when lawyers for both sides met in court and Kevin’s team complained about his mounting legal fees. The judge also instructed both parties to pay over £7,000 to officials at a dispute resolution company in an attempt to settle the case out of court. The next hearing is set for October.

For months Britney has been embroiled in legal drama with her dancer ex who is demanding she triple the £15,000 he already receives monthly to help care for their sons Sean, 12, and Jayden, 11.

The former couple share custody of the boys and in his original filing Kevin, 40, insisted that the child support agreement that has been in place for the past decade needs reevaluating because his income has been in steep decline while Britney’s has soared.

The 36-year-old singer, whose three-year marriage ended in 2007, hit back at his request by claiming she already covers all of their boys’ monthly expenses, including tuition, extracurricular activities, clothing and anything else.

Britney’s father Jamie, who has control of her finances, had also reportedly offered his former son-in-law an extra £7,000 per month which Kevin, who has four other children, declined.
