The curse strikes again...dancer Dianne and actor boyfriend split
STRICTLY was hit by another break-up yesterday, when professional dancer Dianne Buswell parted company with her boyfriend.
The 29-year-old Australian confirmed she had split from Emmerdale actor Anthony Quinlan after he grew suspicious over her closeness to dance partner Joe Sugg.
The announcement came just days after contestant Seann Walsh was caught in a passionate embrace with his dance partner Katya Jones.
That resulted in a public apology from both and ended Seann’s relationship with his girlfriend Rebecca Humphries, who dumped him on Twitter.
Katya patched things up with her husband, fellow dancer Neil, 35.
Last night a source close to Dianne said: “She’s having a lot of fun with the show and is enjoying spending time with her dance partner Joe.”
Another source said: “Everyone on set’s been discussing how close they’d become. It did not go unnoticed by Anthony.”
And regarding the split between Dianne and Anthony, the source added: “They are quite a fiery pair and have been clashing a bit more than often lately. A couple of weeks ago they decided enough was enough and ended things.
“It was only a few days after the Katya and Seann pictures had emerged.
“There’s not bad blood between them but it looks like a reconciliation is off the cards this time. Last time they split she was really upset but this time around she doesn’t seem that bothered.”
