“Although I’d retired from work I never retired from life, but my social life was suffering.” Heather knew it was time to get help.

She explains: “We were chatting as I left and he said something about ‘Lorraine’ the receptionist, but I said ‘no it’s sunny’, thinking he’d said ‘the rain’.”

“I can hear the birds in the morning and I feel a lot happier. I was frustrated before but my friends and my partner must have been frustrated too.”
