Puel: We all want to lift
LEICESTER manager Claude Puel says his side are determined to win the Carabao Cup in honour of late chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
The Thai businessman was killed along with four other people in a helicopter crash outside the King Power Stadium last month.
Leicester face Southampton tonight in the fourth-round tie postponed after the tragedy, and Puel says his players will be targeting silverware.
“We have to look at winning something with the cups,” he said. “It’s important to play all these

games with the right desire and good aggression and mentality.
“We have the squad to maintain a good level and it will be a good opportunity for them to perform together and to win something.
“The chairman liked it a lot and it will be our desire to try to perform. We know the difficulties in the cup but it’s a good motivation. Before this we had a good togetherness but of course, after an event like this, we have more focus and more concentration on the objective.
“The most important thing is to play together, to perform and to pay tribute to our chairman.”
