All-star guest list as Corrie’s Tina marries
CORONATION Street actress Tina O’Brien tied the knot with long-term partner Adam Crofts in an intimate ceremony in front of her on-screen co-stars yesterday.
Many of Tina’s fellow Corrie actors took a break from working on the Weatherfield cobbles to watch the 35-year-old, who plays Sarah Platt, marry the personal trainer.
Helen Worth, 67, who plays her on-screen mother Gail, attended, alongside husband Trevor Dawson.
Tina’s small-screen brother David Platt, actor Jack Shepherd, 30, arrived clutching a present and wearing a black suit and black and red floral shirt, with his girlfriend Hanni Treweek.
Lucy Fallon, 23, who plays her daughter Bethany Platt, wore a black star-spangled gown and faux fur as she arrived holding hands with boyfriend Tom Leech. Blonde beauty Tina, who was in Strictly Come Dancing in 2010, arrived at the King Street Townhouse, Manchester, on Sunday clutching a “future Mrs Crofts” bag.
Carrying her wedding dress, she was accompanied by daughter Scarlett, 10, and son Beau, four.
An onlooker said: “She looked really happy – but a bit nervous. Her kids seemed really excited.”
Tina had said that Scarlett’s father – former Corrie actor Ryan Thomas – would be invited, but he was not seen arriving.
Mikey North, who plays Tina’s on-screen fiance Gary Windass, wore a blue suit as he arrived with wife Rachael Isherwood.
Julia Goulding, who plays David Platt’s girlfriend Shona Ramsey, also arrived with her boyfriend.
